Cash strapped Oldham Council have agreed to pay hospitality specialists HVS £25,000 to conduct a feasibility study & business plan with three delivery options for the Council’s much delayed Hotel Future project. It is amazing that the Council hadn’t already conducted a detailed feasability study before the project was announced over 2 1/2 years ago at the beginning of 2012 or that they attempted to secure direct government funding from a grant system only open to further education colleges & private training providers
