H&M are closing their Oldham store this week on the 6th of February stating the long-term strategy is to ensure they are offering their customers the best possible shopping experience in the right locations. This shows zero confidence in Labour Oldham’s delusional multimillion Spindles scheme from another huge retail name, as to be expected Labour Oldham are claiming it’s down to a change in shopping habits and nothing to do with the accelerated decline clearly visible in the town centre.
