Oldham Council’s much bragged about “independent quarter” now has on it’s first small section of Yorkshire St shops a Cash Trader a Cash Convertor a Cash Generator a betting shop, four charity shops (one has since closed), one furniture shop & one job agency. People must travel from miles around to see this independent niche retail area that offers such an alternative to the High St norms.
