It’s also true that Oldham Council is relocating the Town Centre sports facilities to serve the educational campuses rather than council-tax paying residents otherwise how would they justify the facility being built at a junction of multiple main highways directly alongside Oldham College in an area with up to 200% the levels of NOx pollution from vehicular emissions than the current leisure facilities location.
