In another new report to add to the long list charting the demise of Oldham our borough is named as the second least liveable Northern area by the your housing group. So its well done to Labour Oldham whose socioeconomic policies have seeded the most deprived town in England, the second least liveable area in the North, the highest violent crime increase in the Country, the lowest average pay in Greater Manchester and the fourth highest tax credit payment in the UK. Labour have been in control of Oldham local government for 33 of the last 45 years and shared control for another 8 yet they refuse to bare any responsibility for the relentless destruction of this borough.
