I suggest everybody listens to Sam Walker’s interview with Oldham Council leader Jim McMahon on Radio Manchester where he clearly loses his temper when she questions his “cloak & dagger” response in failing to disclose the financial costs of the Old Town Hall Cinema project to the taxpayers of Oldham. Even more Old Town Hall Cinema ironic economics came as Oldham Council plans on spending another £11,180 for an additional 26 day’s cost consultancy services as it scrambles to deliver some semblance of a structured financial plan & accurate cost projection.
