National Insurance figures issued by The Department for Work & Pensions (26/02/2015) show a very worrying set of underlying migration statistics that show in 2014 there were 187,000 new National Insurance numbers issued to Romanians & Bulgarians a 576% increase on 2013. In total 591,000 new National Insurance numbers were issued to members of the EU in 2014 & a total of 767,000 new National Insurance numbers were issued to all foreign nationals.
