Using figures from their published financial accounts, in 2014/15 Oldham Labour Council made 124 staff redundancies from within the lowest exit grade of £0 – £20,000 costing £696,597 this was ten times more redudancies than the next grade of £20,001 – £40,000 where just twelve people received redundancy packages totaling £315,844.
