Has nobody in local government noticed that the GM portfolio holder for equalities and Oldham Council leader Arooj Shah who snubbed this years pride celebrations in Oldham & all Greater Manchester only makes an in person appearance for equality issues relating to immigration & religion? Isn’t it amazing how her calendar is always full when her equalities duties may lead to conflict with the majority of her voters opinions driven by religious bigotry in her St Mary’s ward.
