Little chance of any Labour party nodding dogs in Oldham challenging the proposed 3.99% increase in council tax. Oldham Council will continue to be silent on the hundreds of concealed families who contribute nothing towards the services they use. There will also be a marked increase in council tax relief awarded within the usual target demographic areas.
